As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will deliver essential medical services to a diverse clientele, including children, youth, adults, and seniors, in their residences and various community environments throughout Nova Scotia.
- Management of diabetes
- Dialysis support
- Medication oversight
- Palliative care services
- Phlebotomy procedures
- Wound care, including advanced therapies for complex wounds
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the relevant province.
Experience in community health is advantageous.
A valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle are mandatory.
A current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required, and a Vulnerable Sector Search and/or a Child Abuse Registry Check may be necessary.
