We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Evening Dishwasher to join our team at Braven. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dishroom and supporting our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Wash and polish glassware and flatware to the highest standards.
  • Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, dish carts, and dish racks to maintain a clean and hygienic workspace.
  • Assist in receiving and stocking supplies and products in a timely and organized manner.
  • Safely handle and store cleaning products to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform general dish area maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, organization, and garbage removal.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a dishwasher role or similar environment is an asset.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take direction and remain calm under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and organized with strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Able to spend 100% of the time standing.
