About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.

  • Team Management: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure the efficient use of resources.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Human Resources Planning: Approve overall human resources planning to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Leadership Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to ensure the organization has the right leadership in place.
