We are seeking a skilled Shop Assembler to join our team at Innofab Millwork Corp. as a Cabinet Shop Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating custom cabinets to meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assembly and Fabrication: Assemble and fabricate custom cabinets, including making minor adjustments and repairs to wood products.
- Quality Control: Inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards and reinforce assembled products with dowelling or other supports.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory using computerized inventory control systems and load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Communication: Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The primary language of communication in this role is English.
