You will lead a dedicated team to enhance operational fluidity and meet daily performance objectives.
- Guarantee the safe and effective execution of operational strategies
- Responsible for safety, service quality, productivity, and financial performance
- Conduct operational efficiency assessments and safety initiatives
- Investigate safety-related incidents and enforce corrective measures
- Oversee and nurture a team of personnel
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies and industry regulations
- Enhance operational efficiency and asset utilization
- Conduct inquiries and manage inventory effectively
- Operate trains as necessary
- Available for on-call duties 24/7
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in the railway sector
- Familiarity with operational strategies and compliance requirements
- Certification as a Locomotive Engineer is advantageous
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations
- Capability to address complex challenges and adapt to change
- Willingness to be on call around the clock
