Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Check and weigh materials and products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Packaging and Packaging: Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products with precision and care.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers to achieve production goals.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a dynamic production setting.
Personal Qualities and Suitability
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Demonstrate a strong commitment to punctuality and reliability in meeting production deadlines.
