Join Our Team as a Restoration Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Estimator to join our team at https://www.energyjobline.com/sitemap. As a Restoration Estimator, you will play a critical role in helping our clients recover from traumatic events such as fires, floods, and other disasters.

About the Role

As a Restoration Estimator, you will be responsible for working with owners, adjusters, and project managers to scope and sign projects for our production teams to complete. You will need to have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with owners, adjusters, and project managers to scope and sign projects
  • Accurately estimate the cost of repairs and reconstruction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Participate in on-call rotation, requiring evening and weekend point of contact for new losses
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R meetings, including Net Promoter Score of 60
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record required
  • Sound planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in all types of indoor and outdoor conditions
