Business Analyst/Implementation Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst/Implementation Analyst to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the onboarding and deployment of Operations Workspace, including requirement gathering, stakeholder coordination, and creating communication plans.
  • Conduct product investigations to identify opportunities for future enhancements and updates to Operations Workspace.
  • Develop training materials, videos, and use cases to support steady-state support for Global Support Teams.
  • Update Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) based on requested changes and ensure required approvals are in place prior to implementation.
  • Collaborate with vendors, project managers, and ServiceNow Lab Leads to ensure proper issue resolution and code review aligned with business requirements and project timelines.
  • Provide business SME support for Operations Workspace and act as a point of contact for hyper-care support for Global stakeholders.
  • Lead Business UAT for deployments, creating test cases, consolidating defects, and reporting to Technology Teams for solutioning.
  • Assist with product research, planning, implementation, deployment, onboarding, coordination, communication, and vendor engagement for future phases.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis on ServiceNow reports using Office 365 tools for increased automation and efficiency.
  • Document processes and support flows as needed, including scope definition, process mapping, support flow escalation matrices, RACI, UAT testing, and communication.

Requirements:

  • 3-4+ years of technical experience as a Business Analyst gathering and documenting requirements/business needs.
  • CompTIA A+ Certified or strong knowledge of troubleshooting PC, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and networks.
  • 2-3+ years of experience with data analysis, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
  • 2-3+ years of experience with process mapping/modeling and analysis.
  • 2-3+ years of working experience with MS O365 Suite – Excel, PowerPoint.
  • 2-3+ years of working experience with ServiceNow.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Power BI experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical peers and business stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Good knowledge in data analysis and presentation skills using different tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to multitask as the team works on multiple projects simultaneously.

Education: Post-secondary degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related IT field required.
