Customer Service Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Clerk to join our team at Trusted Professional Centre. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records for inventory control.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise, and provide advice on products and services.
- Sales Transactions: Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce and estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Inventory Management: Maintain sales records for inventory control and operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems.
- Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise and operate cash registers.
As a Customer Service Sales Clerk at Trusted Professional Centre, you will work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and repetitive tasks. This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week and requires English language proficiency.
