Job Title: Chief Buyer

At Bow Food Convenience Store, we are seeking a highly skilled Chief Buyer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange products according to planograms to ensure optimal store displays.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, discounts, and credit terms.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Review store requirements and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
  • Select and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring quality and value for our customers.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work on-site, with no option for remote work.

Personal Suitability:

  • Accurate and efficient in all tasks.
  • Client-focused and able to provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
