Your responsibilities will include processing new Parts orders, following up on the status of existing orders, verifying inventory availability, and addressing pricing questions to assist our extensive network of branch locations across the country.

We offer a thorough training program designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge of our products, terminology, and effective techniques to excel in this role.

The ideal candidate should possess experience in navigating multiple web applications and be adept at quickly responding to customer inquiries through various channels.

While fluency in both French and English is advantageous, it is not a requirement. We provide various shifts to accommodate our 24/7 Customer Service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle parts pricing inquiries from customers via phone, email, and text.
  2. Accurately process parts order requests from clients.
  3. Communicate inventory availability and shipping timelines to customers.
  4. Assist Brandt field staff with parts support and information.
  5. Collaborate with multiple vendors to ensure customer parts requests are met efficiently.
