The Opportunity

At Canopy Growth, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our post-harvest team as a Trimmer. Reporting to the Post-Harvest Manager, this role is responsible for the trimming and preparation of cannabis products for the next stage of processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trim and prepare cannabis products to meet quality standards
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Operate and maintain equipment as per standard operating procedures
  • Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
  • Stay organized and follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency of product

Requirements

  • Manual dexterity and ability to work with precision
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Comfortable with computers and data entry
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Previous experience in a similar setting or willingness to work in a loud, confined space
