**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects
* Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
* Develop and maintain a directory of suppliers and trade contractors

* Provide economic feasibility studies and preliminary estimates for proposed projects
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely estimates

**Requirements:**

* College/CEGEP diploma in a related field

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
