We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor to join our team at The Ladders. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to our business units.
Key Responsibilities- Provide legal advice and guidance to business units on a wide range of matters, including contract law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to minimize risk and maximize business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and provide guidance on how to adapt to these changes.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform legal decisions and provide recommendations to senior management.
- JD or LLB degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
