Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Photographer to join our team at Mine and Yours Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for capturing stunning images that resonate with our audience.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
Key Responsibilities
  • Modify existing photographic content and produce new digital images for various multimedia projects.
  • Utilize computer software to enhance and manipulate photographic images.
  • Assess the requirements of each assignment to determine the appropriate camera, film, lighting, and background settings.
  • Capture portraits of individuals, families, groups, and public events.
  • Employ techniques such as airbrushing and digital retouching to refine images.
  • Utilize specialized instruments, including optical microscopes, to achieve desired photographic effects.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with various photographic techniques, including black and white photography, digital imaging, and macrophotography.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced setting with tight deadlines.
  • Requires attention to detail and the ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Physical demands include a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, along with bending and kneeling.
