  • Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, and breads according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including measuring, mixing, and portioning.
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and presentation.
Requirements:
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
