About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Assistant to join our team at Pabyal Construction Inc. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials with precision and care.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs with attention to detail and safety protocols.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) with ease.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Reliability and strong work ethic to ensure timely completion of tasks.
