Demonstrate the CRM solution, emphasizing not only its features but also the customization options available to address identified gaps.
Participate in identifying test scenarios and executing tests.Conduct all user training activities at client locations.
Oversee the implementation of the solution at client sites, including configuration, installation, and testing to ensure optimal performance.
Strong communication skills in both French and English are essential.
Familiarity with business analysis and data modeling.
Practical experience in sales, marketing, accounting and finance, customer service, or management information systems.

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, administration, marketing, accounting, or equivalent training.
Ideally, three (3) to five (5) years of experience in consulting, implementation, and deployment of customer relationship management (CRM) technology solutions.
