We are seeking a skilled Marine Repair Technician to join our team at Peace River Boat & Auto Repair Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on a variety of marine and auto vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: A certificate or diploma in a related trade, combined with 3-5 years of experience in the field, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Site Environment: Our work site is a fast-paced, dynamic environment with exposure to noise and dust.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Proficiency in the use of power tools, precision measuring instruments, and hand tools is essential.
  • Area of Specialization: We are looking for candidates with experience in recreation vehicle repair and troubleshooting/diagnostic skills.
  • Security and Safety: As a bondable individual, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This role requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Own Tools/Equipment: You will be required to provide your own tools and steel-toed safety boots.
  • Personal Suitability: We are looking for candidates with excellent oral communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to work as part of a team.
