About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Seeding Contractor to join our team at AQ 4 Gardens. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Farm Safety and Bio-Security Procedures: Assist in the creation and implementation of procedures to ensure the health and safety of our farm workers and the quality of our crops.
  • Maintain Financial and Production Records: Accurately record and maintain financial and production records, providing valuable insights for our agricultural operations.
  • Negotiate with Clients: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, negotiating the provision of services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Agricultural Crop Services: Offer a range of agricultural crop services, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
  • Maintain Work Records and Logs: Keep accurate records of work completed, including maintenance and repairs of farm machinery and equipment.
  • Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery and Equipment: Safely operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
