FILLME UP FUEL DELIVERY SERVICE LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Develop and submit accurate and timely reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain Work Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of work activities, including logs and worksheets.
  • Compile and Requisition: Compile worksheets and specifications of orders, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Dispatch and Follow-up: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and follow up on issues with work orders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Track Shipments: Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
  • Respond to Urgent Calls: Respond promptly to urgent calls from individuals who require assistance, demonstrating a commitment to customer service and support.
  • Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Establish Procedures: Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Fast-paced Environment: Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Overtime Required: Be available to work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, and a team player attitude.
  • Experience: Possess 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Work Hours: Work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
