About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Milestones. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dishes, utensils, and equipment
  • Operate dishwashers and washing machines to ensure cleanliness and sanitation
  • Restock refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas as needed
  • Participate in the receiving, unpacking, and storing of supplies and ingredients
  • Assist in the removal of kitchen garbage and trash
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
