Job Summary:

Rentokil Initial is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our pest control operations in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing provincial accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow provincial accounts to achieve business objectives
  • Provide support to Operations Managers in managing customer service requests, inquiries, and escalations
  • Be knowledgeable of technical data concerning pesticides used and their application in accordance with the label
  • Learn and provide technical know-how on leading industry trends
  • Accountable for operating within company and business unit policies and procedures; Maintain Inventory Control, including ordering, truck and account audits, and warehouse inventory counts

Requirements:

  • 5 years industry experience, or equivalent combination of education is an asset
  • 5 years' experience managing managers in a fast-paced environment required
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to manage and lead assigned projects and employees
  • Ability to manage administrative duties along with field work
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellence in clear and concise feedback, performance management, and coaching
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint/Documents, Sheets, Gmail, and Slides) at an intermediate level
  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid Pest Control License or willingness to obtain
  • Licenses/certificates as required by federal and provincial regulations
