Qualifications- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a related field or equivalent experience
- Develop and maintain comprehensive document inventories.
- Classify, code, cross-reference, log, and archive records systematically.
- Compile and analyze statistics and reports regarding records management activities.
- Implement and refine records classification, retention, and disposal schedules.
- Label, prepare, and transfer information files in accordance with established records management protocols.
- Maintain access lists for classified records to ensure security compliance.
- Utilize information retrieval systems to research and extract necessary records.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Experience with computer-assisted records management systems
- Strong skills in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working under pressure.
