About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Brand Momentum. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales team in executing sales plans and initiatives, including marketing and sales promotions at the store level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales team in executing sales plans and initiatives
  • Merchandise ongoing sales plans and execute flawless execution of Key Account Initiatives (KAI)
  • Call on Drug, Grocery, Mass, and Department retail outlets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to retail partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales and merchandising experience in the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry
  • Experience with Companion Rep preferred
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • A self-starter with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • A valid driver's license, exclusive access to a vehicle, and the ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Access to a personal smartphone/tablet to complete appropriate reporting
