We're a leading equipment rental company that's passionate about empowering our team members to succeed. As a Field Diesel Mechanic – Customer Equipment Solutions (Service Tech IV - Field Service - CES), you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on complex equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • Travel to customer job sites to repair and maintain customer-owned equipment, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Assist in the training of junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, including electronic documentation.
  • Upsell and demonstrate complex equipment to customers, highlighting its features and benefits.
  • Assist with the pickup and delivery of equipment and parts, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and drive business success.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • At least 5 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction equipment and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 pounds.
