- Plan, Manage, and Supervise Landscape Construction Work: Lead the planning, management, and supervision of landscape construction projects, from conception to completion.

- Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Accessible and Inclusive Recruitment Policies: Apply recruitment policies that accommodate persons with disabilities, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disasters.
