As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in fostering the holistic development of preschool and elementary students within our nurturing care environment. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and participate in engaging activities that encompass sports, culture, leisure, and recreation, both indoors and outdoors.
- Utilize research and creative thinking to design age-appropriate games, crafts, and learning experiences tailored to the needs of your students.
- Provide assistance with daily routines such as dressing, undressing, meal preparation, and snack time, ensuring a hygienic and well-being focused environment.
- Supervise and ensure the safety of students at all times, adhering to established rules, safety measures, and parental guidelines. Administer first aid and medications as required, while maintaining clear communication with parents regarding student behavior and progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized learning space, ensuring the proper upkeep of materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with parents, providing them with regular updates and addressing their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate actively in meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to the overall success of the day care service.
