About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Keyholder to join our team at Structube. As a Keyholder, you will play a key role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise customers on our wide range of modern furniture and accessories, promoting our products and services to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure after-sales follow-up to track deliveries and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in inventory management and reception of goods, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient store operations.
  • Highlight and showcase our products in a visually appealing way, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Perform other related duties as required, including opening and closing the store.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in retail, preferably as a Keyholder or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate excellent listening skills and the ability to offer advice and guidance to customers.
  • Strong spirit of collaboration, enthusiasm, and interest in interior design.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, and daytime Saturday and Sunday.
  • Ability to move or lift loads up to 65 lbs (30 kg).
