Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at LIQUOR ON TRAIL. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and payroll administration.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve business objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
