Culinary Specialist

Lucky Thai Restaurant is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and safe food preparation
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Reliability and ability to work as part of a team
