About the Role
- We are seeking a mid to senior level associate with 2-10 years of post-call corporate/energy experience from a reputable law firm and/or a combination of private practice and in-house experience in oil and gas, power, and renewables.
- The ideal candidate will have transactional experience, including drafting and negotiation experience, and above-average transcripts/academics.
- They will be a team player with a strong work ethic, excellent client service skills, and the ability to practice law in Canada.
