About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Chief Executive Officer to join our team at IRONBULL CONTRACTING INC. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong leader to oversee the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational objectives, formulate policies and programs, and represent the company in negotiations and official functions.
  • Human Resources Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, and create optimal working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations, and recruit newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster.

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
