Job Title: System Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our team at Iron Mountain. As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Active Directory Services, including cleanup and routine maintenance and configuration.
  • Build and configure Windows and Linux servers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through verbal and written communication.
  • Participate in on-call duties on a weekly rotation.
  • Set up and configure new customers, environments, and proof-of-concept solutions.
  • Work with project teams to prioritize issues and tasks according to SLA's.
  • Participate in testing and post-deployment validation of systems.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on technical architecture skills and depth across multiple technologies (Cloud, Virtualization, Network, Compute, and Storage).
  • Knowledge of AD architecture and infrastructure (LDAP, Directory Replication, group policy).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills.
  • Advanced experience with Windows Servers.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell and Unix scripting preferred.
  • Experience with server-oriented architectures and web platform applications.
  • Knowledge of agile tools such as Gitlab.
  • Written and verbal proficiency in the English language.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited/recognized university or equivalent experience required.
