Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. This role is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales and support the Store Management Team in achieving sales goals.
  • Provide excellent Guest Services, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Support the Store Management Team in merchandising, signing, pricing, and POS operations.
  • Assist with general housekeeping, including cleaning and organizing the store.
  • Participate in loss prevention efforts to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 16 years old.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8 hours.
  • Physical demands of the job include climbing ladders and setting up fixtures.

The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.
