ACTORAN est une société de conseils spécialisée dans le domaine des Finances-Contrôle de gestion, des Achats-Approvisionnements et de la Cybersécurité. Nous accompagnons nos clients dans leurs besoins en ressources humaines pour la réalisation de différents projets.
Responsabilités- Produire et analyser divers rapports financiers mensuels, tels que les écarts par rapport au budget et aux prévisions, les indicateurs de performance ainsi que diverses analyses à la demande de la direction et d'autres départements;
- Coordonner le processus de planification financière et de budget, en faire l'analyse et corriger les prévisions;
- Prendre en charge la production des états financiers ainsi que la gestion financière des opérations quotidiennes, les états récapitulatifs et les autres rapports d'analyse de rentabilité et de gestion financière;
- Évaluer les systèmes de rapports financiers, les pratiques comptables et les initiatives d'investissement et proposer des modifications concernant les procédés, les systèmes d'exploitation, les budgets et autres fonctions de contrôle financier aux cadres supérieurs;
- Définir les normes de rentabilité de projets d'investissement et gérer des acquisitions (placements);
- Aviser et rapporter à la haute direction toute tendance critique par rapport à la performance financière de l'entreprise;
- Présenter les états des résultats mensuels et vos rapports et analyses au comité de gestion;
- Être responsable de l'enregistrement, des régularisations et des rapprochements de l'inventaire et autres comptes;
- Mettre en place et évaluer les mesures de contrôle interne, l'efficience des processus, les méthodes et les outils de travail;
- Participer aux projets spéciaux et à la mise en œuvre des améliorations du système informatique et des nouvelles procédures;
- Un diplôme universitaire en finance ou comptabilité;
- Une bonne maîtrise de MS Office (surtout les fonctions d'Excel avancées);
- Une connaissance de Power BI et de l'environnement SAP;
- Un bilinguisme français et anglais avancé afin de pouvoir créer de bonnes relations avec les fournisseurs internationaux et clients internes anglophones;
- Une bonne capacité d'analyse (de données), stratégique et de synthèse, confortable à faire des présentations au CA;
