We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join our team at Smith + Andersen. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading mechanical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits, inspect project progress, and identify potential issues to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage and coordinate with external consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare and review project reports, proposals, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical project management, preferably in the building services industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, building codes, and industry standards.
  • LEED certification or experience in sustainable design is an asset.
