We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Brenda Bryson - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate insurance products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote insurance products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements:
- Property & Casualty license (preferred or must be able to obtain)
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Experience with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
