Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Makeup Artist to join our team at MAC. As a key member of our in-store team, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and inspirational experience for our customers, while also contributing to the visual merchandising of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative makeup looks and techniques to educate and delight our customers
  • Work collaboratively with the in-store team to create impactful visual displays and events
  • Ensure that the store meets our high standards of visual merchandising and customer service
  • Provide personalized and authentic customer service, demonstrating a high level of creative and technical expertise
  • Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset
Requirements
  • Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset
