We are seeking a Heavy Machinery Operator who will be tasked with operating a loader to facilitate the movement of vehicles within our facility. If you possess relevant experience and prioritize safety and collaboration, this role may be an excellent fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently operate and navigate the loader
- Maintain the yard and ensure vehicles are accessible
- Crush vehicles and load them onto delivery trucks
- Conduct inspections and perform maintenance on equipment
- Assist clients with the transportation of heavy parts
- Carry out additional duties as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in heavy vehicle operation
- At least 1 year in a comparable position
- Adherence to safety regulations
- Strong commitment to teamwork and work ethic
- Ability to focus and adapt to varying conditions
- Forklift certification and loader training are advantageous
