We are seeking a highly skilled Product Insights Analyst to join our team at Warner Music Inc. As a key member of our Product Analytics team, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Complex Datasets: You will work closely with our engineering team to develop a thorough understanding of our complex datasets and interpret them to gain insights into our artists, songs, and fans.
- Communicate Insights Effectively: You will communicate your findings clearly and effectively across functions and multiple levels of the organization, ensuring that our business stakeholders have the information they need to make informed decisions.
- Drive Business Growth through Data-Driven Insights: You will work closely with our product management team to develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth, including identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations for new product features.
- Design and Analyze Experiments: You will design, analyze, and report on experiments to understand the impact of new product features and make recommendations about launches.
- Proactively Identify Opportunities for Improvement: You will proactively find opportunities for improvement across the business and assist in decision-making across teams.
- 5+ Years of Experience: You will have at least 5 years of full-time, hands-on experience as a Product Analyst or similar role.
- Expert SQL Skills: You will have expert SQL skills and be able to work with complex datasets.
- Proficiency in Python or R: You will have proficiency in one of Python or R and be able to write efficient and effective code.
- Experience with Data Visualization Tools: You will have experience with a data visualization tool, such as Tableau.
- Strong Understanding of Statistical Concepts: You will have a strong understanding of statistical concepts, including causal inference techniques and regression modeling.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively: You will be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven History of Decision-Making Excellence: You will have a proven history of decision-making excellence and cross-functional influence through insights.
- Bachelor's Degree or Above: You will have a Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
