Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2412374 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to new staff members, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate budget reports and cost estimates.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
