RPA Automation Expert with Power Automate Desktop
Our Dynamics CRM & Power Platform practice at CGI is rapidly expanding, offering large-scale projects across various domains with opportunities for internal growth and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and implement automations using Power Automate desktop and cloud flows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for automation solutions to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Manage the lifecycle of automation solutions, from development to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and develop functions and services that adhere to compliance requirements and industry standards.
- Deploy and support solutions in different environments, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining RPA solutions using Power Platform, Nintex, or other relevant automation tools.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as VBScript and JavaScript, with knowledge of the Windows desktop environment.
- Proficiency in office tools (Office suite) and native scripting services of operating platforms (e.g., PowerShell).
- Understanding of the.NET Framework to create custom actions and integrate with Microsoft Dataverse (formerly known as Common Data Service).
- Experience in developing process optimization algorithms and knowledge of competing or complementary RPA tools, or even WinAutomation, is an asset.
- Bilingualism is an asset, and Microsoft certifications PL-900, PL-100, and PL-500 are highly valued.
This role involves working with data, applications, and services to improve and automate workflows, requiring a strong understanding of business processes and technical expertise.
