As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer networks and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to employees experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Network and System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain computer networks, systems, and software to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, using your expertise in IT infrastructure, network security, and software development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support analysts, IT staff, and management to ensure seamless communication and coordination of technical support efforts.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems, networks, and software, as well as best practices for IT security and data management.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Will train, but previous experience in IT support or a related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, software development, and data management. Proficiency in Android, iOS, MAC, Linux, JavaOS, and other relevant technologies.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, initiative, judgment, organized, team player, ability to multitask, and time management.
