Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct thorough title searches and analyze results from multiple provinces.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with lenders, brokers, law firms, and clients to resolve title-related issues and ensure smooth processing.

• Review documents with clients, process documentation for signing, and complete mortgage information verification.

• Prepare documents according to lender requirements and request payout statements from other financial institutions.

• Utilize industry software, such as Teraview and Conveyancer, to streamline title processing and ensure accuracy.

Requirements:


• College diploma in a related field, such as real estate or law.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate law, handling files from start to finish.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work in a team environment.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
