**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work collaboratively with our physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide manual therapy techniques, including massage, stretching, and joint mobilization, to help patients achieve pain relief and improved mobility.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning.

• Work collaboratively with our physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Utilize electronic charting software to document patient sessions and treatment plans.

• Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient needs and ensuring timely communication with colleagues.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.

**Requirements**

• Registration with the provincial College of Registered Massage Therapists.

• Experience working in an outpatient setting is an asset, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.

• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
