Manufacturing Engineering Project Manager

**About the Role**
Soucy Caoutchouc is seeking a skilled project manager to lead the production start-up of new rubber tracks and oversee changes to design and process. As a key member of our manufacturing engineering department, you will be responsible for managing a small team and ensuring efficient and complete production.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, monitor, and control all activities to ensure efficient and complete production by monitoring performance indicators.
- Coordinate, support, and mobilize your team to ensure the achievement of objectives and good cohesion between members.
- Ensure the development of your team and each team member.
- Work with the product development department to influence design based on manufacturing capabilities.
- Collaborate and involve the production team in the development of industrialization projects.
- Apply good project management practices with a view to operational excellence.
- Ensure proper documentation of the project's execution steps in line with the product development process formalized in the organization's quality system.
