Job Summary

As a Merchandise Processing Associate, you'll play a vital role in creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, sorting and processing donations, and ensuring our stores are stocked with a wide range of unique and gently-used items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and process donations, ensuring they meet our quality standards
  • Operate equipment such as scanners and sorters to efficiently process merchandise
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
