Data Entry Clerk Job Description

Sphirea Plus is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering and maintaining data within our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data into our database systems with precision and speed.
  • Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Generate reports and assist in compiling data for analysis.
  • Address and resolve discrepancies in data entries.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with database management systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
