- Proven experience in software engineering leadership, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality products.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Full stack development expertise, including Java, Cloud, and Cloud Native development.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
